In today’s podcast; Portugal demolish Slovenia with a single penalty after goalkeeper Diogo Costa stopped three in a row. Cristiano Ronaldo had a chance to win in extra time, as did Slovenia’s Benjamin Sesko, but both chances were thwarted.

Elsewhere, France v Belgium was a match that was somehow worse than England v Slovakia, with a late deflected goal enough to send France into the last eight.

In addition, we look ahead to Romania – the Netherlands and Austria – Turkey. And then we haven’t even talked about England. We also answer your questions.
